When you buy from Koopjesvoorjou.nl, you benefit from our exclusive return service. This service offers various ways to handle your return easily and efficiently.

You have 14 days after placing your order to return it. The return costs are:

  • €9.99 per product for a return label to drop off your item(s) at PostNL.

  • €5.00 + €9.99 per product to have your item(s) picked up.

Is your product damaged or incomplete? Then returns are free. In that case, send us an email at [email protected] and attach photos of the damage.

How do I return my order?

You can easily register a return via our customer portal. An account is not required.

  1. Click on "My Account" at the top right of the page or go directly to the following URL: Log in to my account.

  2. Enter the email address used for your order and log in.

  3. Select your order and choose to return it.

  4. Provide your reason.

After reviewing your return request, you will receive detailed instructions via email on how to return your order.

How to prepare a product for return?

Depending on the product's size, we will ask you to drop it off at a parcel point or arrange a pickup.

Return by drop-off at a parcel point

If we ask you to drop off the product at a parcel point, we will send you a return label via email. Follow these steps before dropping off your product:

  • Ensure the item is well packed, preferably in the original packaging or a box of similar dimensions that does not exceed the indicated size limits. The item must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • Remove all old labels from the box and attach the new label we provided.

  • Drop off the product at the nearest parcel point and inform us once you have done so.

Return via pickup service

Once you have provided us with all the necessary details, we will arrange for a transport service to pick up your package.

  • Ensure the item is well packed, preferably in the original packaging or a box of similar dimensions that does not exceed the indicated size limits. The item must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • Remove all old labels from the box.

  • Confirm the number of returned boxes, their dimensions, and their weight.

  • If the transport service provides you with a receipt, please send it to us.
