Thank you for your recent order with TheDutchNest.

To resolve this issue as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to follow the steps below:

  1. Check the packaging:
    Sometimes, smaller parts may be overlooked in the packaging. Please check if they are in the corners or other parts of the package.

  2. Make a list:
    Write down the missing parts so that we know exactly what is missing. The part number can be found in the manual.

  3. Contact us via chat:
    Follow the questionnaire in the chat.

Once we have received this information, we will take immediate action to send the missing parts to you. We aim to resolve this within 3 days.

If the parts are not available individually, you have two options:

  1. You can receive compensation for the missing parts.

  2. You can exchange your product for free. Report your order as a return and indicate that you would like to receive a new one. You will receive the return labels by email, and once your package is at a nearby PostNL point, we will send you your new product.
